When questions come up about your electric charges, Spaceworks can help you determine their accuracy. 

Our favorite story came about when a customer asked us about the spike in his electric bills over the summer.  This was expected due to the cost of running the air conditioning, but the bills were not in proportion to the space that he needed to cool.  After checking his air conditioning unit and speaking with the building’s engineer, we found that he was paying for a unit that was cooling the entire floor!  Of course this became an issue in the lease renegotiations……
