Lease Analysis/Auditing

Sometimes a tenant will have questions about his or her tenancy relating to : the landlord’s tax, or escalation charges, sublease/assignment issues, a possible holdover tenancy etc. 

Spaceworks will review your existing lease and prepare a report addressing all of the relevant language relating to your questions.  The report will also cover all of the money clauses (rent, taxes, escalations, electricity) as well as important issues affecting your tenancy (sublease/assignment, non-disturbance agreement, good guy clause, use clause etc.)
