Virtual Broker

Sometimes a client has very specific space needs.  It could be location related, use related (medical practice, television/recording studio etc.) or a combination of several factors.  Other clients want to track a specific submarket to see which way prices are moving.

Our Virtual Broker service addresses these situations.  Spaceworks will work with you to define your requirements so that we are automatically alerted whenever a listing comes to market that may be of interest.  We then call about the space to determine whether it actually meets the criteria we have developed and we go one step further :   we inspect the space on your behalf, take digital photos, get an existing conditions floor plan and send you our report on the space.

Our Virtual Broker service was designed to work in conjunction with our Target Market Analysis.  The Analysis gives you the tools to understand the underlying economics of a particular area and/or type of space, while Virtual Broker keeps you updated on that market in real time.
