Step 1 – Get Started
Fill out a brief form to give us an idea of what you’re looking for. We’ll contact you to discuss your needs in greater detail

Step 2 – Plan Your Ideal Layout
We help you determine your space needs, generate a custom floor plan, and develop a budget. This information is uploaded to your dashboard for future reference.

Step 3 – Review Listings
We upload detailed listings to your dashboard and discuss them with you. Then you approve or reject these listings until we’ve found a selection of properties that you want to tour online.

Step 4 – Remotely Tour Properties
Floor plans and video tours of your approved properties are uploaded to your dashboard, which you can use to compare, track, and filter listing information; collaborate with your team; and more.

Step 5 – Visit Properties/Make Offers
We schedule tours for the properties you want to see in person. Then, upon your approval, we make simultaneous offers on the properties still in contention so that landlords compete for your business and you get the best deal.
