Virtual Broker
Are you interested in tracking a specific geographic submarket or a particular type of space? Spaceworks will work with you to define your requirements so that we are automatically alerted whenever a prospective listing comes to market. We then call about the space to determine whether it actually meets the criteria we have developed.
If you are interested in the space, we inspect it on your behalf, take a video, get an existing conditions floor plan and upload it to your dashboard.

Lease Analysis
Do you have a question about the landlord’s tax, or escalation charges, the sublease/assignment clause, or a possible holdover situation?
Spaceworks will review your lease and prepare a report addressing your questions. Electrical Auditing
Spaceworks can help you determine the accuracy of your electrical charges.
One customer asked us about the spike in his electric bills over the summer. This was expected due to the cost of air conditioning, but the bills were wildly disproportionate to the size of his space. After checking the air conditioning unit and speaking with the building’s engineer, we found out that it was cooling the entire floor!
